Wikipedia describes Greatness as a concept heavily dependent on a person's perspective and biases. In describing the Great Smoky Mountains we are biased. Where else can one decide to explore the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, the most popular and visited of all our national parks? Be it hiking on some of the over 800 miles of trails, viewing the many forms of wildlife, spending some quiet time exploring the wilderness at the Smokies, or just being amazed by the many views, there is something for the whole family.
If nature and the great outdoors a little laid back for your taste, then how about a trip to Dollywood to take in the many shows, great food, crafts and rides. When we say rides, Dollywood, has some of the country’s great rollercoasters including the award winning Mystery Mine and Thunderhead. Or maybe it’s racing go-carts at NASCAR Speedpark, whitewater rafting, golf, horseback riding, a live show & dinner at the Dixie Stampede or shopping trip to Tanger 0utlets or some of the many specialty shops offered by the three gateway cities of Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg that spark your interest. Wait, we have more, lets not forget Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, Wonderworks, Rainforest Adventures, Zorb and all the many theatres and restaurants in the Smokies.
What better place for a couple to take their wedding vows than a wedding chapel with great mountain views or one of the beautiful sunrises or sunsets.
